The main difference is the slope sensor. The BIKE motor does not contain the sensor and therefore is unable to monitor the road and use hybrid charging during cycling. In addition, the cycling range varies only 30-35 km compared to the increased range of the BIKE + motor when riding hybrid programs.

No. The Israeli Standards Institute does not allow the sale of motors as upgrade kits for bicycles. Only bikes that pass the standard as a whole with the motor are approved for sale.

In the BIKE+ motor: ranges from 30-160 km. Depending on the chosen riding plan, the terrain, the weight of the rider and other external factors.
In the BIKE motor: ranges from 30-35 km, with a possible addition of up to 15% (average) per ride while using regenerative braking.

The motor unit has 7 different riding programs from which you can choose the one that suits you and the terrain in which you ride.

 

Turbo: this power mode is a regular pedelec (or Electric Pedal Assisted biCylce). The motor assists you up to 25 km/h and with a maximum power of 250 W, depending on the speed of the bike and on the effort on the pedals. With this power mode you can cover up to 35 km*.
Range 1: this power mode is Hybrid: BIKE+ helps you when you ride at lower speed and during accelerations, while it recover energy while you are pedalling at higher constant speed. This power mode is sensitive to the road slope: running uphill will lead the motor to assist up to 250W, while running downhill will lead the motor to generate up to 500W automatically. This power mode allow your /range to increase up to 55 km*.
Range 2: this power mode is Hybrid and it is sensitive to the road slope (see range 1). The motor assistance is softer than range 1 and the cut off speed is a bit lower, so your range can increase up to 70 km*.
Range 3: this power mode is Hybrid and it is sensitive to the road slope (see range 1). The motor assistance is softer than range 2 and the cutoff speed is limited, so your range can increase up to 90 km*.
BIKE+: this power mode is Hybrid and it is sensitive to the road slope (see range 1). This mode is non plug-in: thanks to Zehus patented technology, BIKE+ all in one changes the motor map automatically and continuously in order to keep the battery charged. The motor assistance and the cutoff speed both depends on the battery charge, the input from the pedals (speed-torque) and the road slope. In this power mode you never need to charge the batteries.
OFF: in this power mode, the motor is completely turned OFF. The regenerative braking is turned off too.

The ZEHUS motor is an ALL IN ONE motor. It contains all parts of  i the electrical assembly inside the motor casing. and yes, the is battery also inside.

No. The motor can be operated without a link to the mobile phone. The mobile phone enables monitoring of riding data and control of the motor system and riding programs offered.

There is a year warranty on the motor and chassis. Obtaining a motor for handling is contingent on its delivery and consists of the bike with which it was purchased with. A disassembled motor will not be repaired.

Handling of motors under warranty will take place in the importer workshop. Delivering Motor and picking them after repair is under the clients responsibility. Handling Time The warranty frame will not exceed 3 business days.

The motor does not support gears, but by the beginning of 2018 a motor that supports a transmission system is expected to arrive. Stay up-to-date

The tire can be repaired with any licensed bicycle technician. It is important to keep the motor in the correct direction as described in the following diagram:
